Guest Responsibility

• Clients must contact the Legendary Vegas office on the day of their experience to verify the solidified check-in location. All venues are subject to change.
• Must be 21 years of age or older to purchase tickets.
• Legendary Vegas and Venue/Casino personnel will require every client to show proof of age. Valid Photo ID, United States Issued driver’s license, or Passport will be required to participate in experience. Failure to have proper  identification will result in denied entry and forfeiture of tour tickets.
• Legendary Vegas is an upscale experience and upscale attire is required to gain entry into venues.
• We love to see you get wild, but not too wild! You know your limits! Over intoxication will result in denied entry. Your nightlife expert reserves the right to cut off any and all overl intoxicated clients and to moderate complimentary drink consumption on board our vehicles.
• Venue entry is completely at the discretion of the venue/hotel staff.

Dress Code

• Upscale dress code will be strictly enforced. Legendary Vegas is not responsible for denied entry due to improper dress code.
• For gentlemen dress code is as follows:

  • No athletic wear (Basketball shorts, sweats, jerseys)
  • No flips flops, sandals, tennis shoes, or boots of any kind
  • Fitted caps, snapbacks, any type of hats
  • Ripped or excessively baggy clothing
  • Any casual wear. This is Vegas, dress to impress!
• Prohibited items are as follows: 
  • Weapons

  • Oversized purses & bags
  • Outside food or drink
  • Illegal substances

Refund /Cancellation Policy

All ticket sales are final
Legendary Vegas does not issue refunds for the following: 

• Venue Changes
• Rescheduled tours
• Partial Experiences
• No Shows
• Bus Delays

Cancellations, Ticket Transfers:

• If you are unable to attend your experience you have several options: 
  • Please contact the Legendary office within 7 days of your experience to transfer to another client free of charge.
  • Within 24 hours of your experience a ticket transfer can be accommodated with a $12 transfer fee per person.
  • Within 8 hours of your experience no ticket transfers will be approved. Each ticket will be placed on a  12-month credit starting the original date of the tour.
